Agility
One of the newer dog sports, Agility is like show jumping. Your dog has to complete a course of obstacles in a good time.
It is fun for both the dog and handler, and is a lively, exciting, competitive sport. It can also be a fun spectator sport.

To start Agility, you and your dog must be fit, and your dog cannot compete until he is 18 months old.
Agility training should begin only when your dog knows the basic commands: "sit", "down", "wait" and "come". Sendaway and retrieve are also helpful.
The dog has to complete the course in the fastest time, making sure they touch the contace points (the yellow strip at the end of relevant obstacles).
The obstacles include:

A Frame

Seesaw

Walkway

Jumps ~ Clear hurdle, brick wall, spread, tyre/hoop and wishing well

Table

Weavepoles

Tunnels ~ Fixed and collapsible
