The Green Books - Part of TheOneRing.net, the Green Books is a great resource for anyone wanting to know more about any aspect of Middle-earth. The FAQ section is especially informative, while in-depth analyses/commentary will satisfy serious Tolkienists. There is also a fan-submitted humour section.
Edoras: the Tolkien Art-gallery - Great collection of Tolkien artwork. Over 350 images of artwork by various artists and even from J.R.R. Tolkien himself, with brief biographies. Their artwork will probably serve as pretty good gauge for what's to come in TTT and ROTK!

Biography of the Nine Walkers - brief biographies of each member of the Fellowship. Well-written and informative.
276 Observations About Fellowship of the Ring - a translation of observations posted by German Tolkien fans. Some obvious ones (esp. to those who watched more than twice) and other interesting takes. Take a look at what you missed!
