Defeating each stage in this order gives you maximum adapters and money. It works great because you won't loose any money to a lack of adapters.
NIAGARA: You get the iron adapter after you rescue Gyro. The iron adapter allows you to break bricks you normally couldn't with a regualr pogo jump.
BERMUDA: Gyro gives you the hammer adapter. The hammer adapter allows you to break things you normally wouldn't with a normal golf swing.
MU: Gyro gives you the power adapter. This adapter allows you to pull two bricks at once.

1-You start with a piece
2-You can purchase a piece of the map for $1,000,000 dollars at the store
3-You find a piece of the map in Niagra Falls. Location: Down the rope beside your nephew, to the left is a wall. Pull the brick over to the left wall and then pogo to the top right corner. The fourth brick up is a box, you can not see. Break it and travel over the wall to find treasures and a piece of the map.
4-You find a piece of the map in Bermuda. Location: After you pass Launch Pad continue right untill the rope. Climb the rope and jump off it to the right when you reach the first floor. Go right and the wall is false you can travel right through it. Use your golf swing to open the chest. Continue heading right. Pogo on the boxes to reach the next false wall to your right. This will take you to a piece of the map.
5-The next piece of the map is located on Mu. In order to rech this piece of the map you will have to raise the island. The map is located down the chain just past Launchpad. With the use of the iron adapter and the hammer adapter you can break through the stones until you reach a piece of the map.
6-The next piece of the map is located in Egypt. Just past your nephew is quicksand with two stones on it. Using the iron adapter you can break through these stones. Travel left to a room with numbers. According to your nephew, "One is three, three is two, four is one and two is four" interpret this as...pogo 1-3 times,
pogo 3-2 times, pogo 4 once and pogo 2-4 times. This will activate the door and it will open.
7-The last piece of the map is located in Scotland. After you meet Launchpad go up chain and travel right at the top. There is a false wall (if there isn't than you aren't at the proper place). Pass through the false wall and pogo from one hand to the next. Down below is a piece of the map.
In the Mu stage, go to the left of Launch Pad. There is a secret room. Sink a stone in the 3rd hole from the left wall, then sink a stone in the 2nd hole from the left wall. The island will rise.
Keep to the top right and left corners.

There is two of these in the game, both worth $1,000,000.
1-You need to have raised the island of Mu. Just after Launch Pad go right and go down the chain, the first box is the secret treasure.
2-Find this secreat in Egypt. Above your nephew there is a room, to the right is the stage boss and to the left is two stones. Pogo off the stones to the false wall. Travel through the false wall until you reacha room with a mirror simply move the mirror into the light beam. The floor will be destroyed and your treasure will be down below.
He hits the ground and causes an earth quake that drops stones from above. Golf swing at the remaining stones. When the stone hits him, his orb will appear, simply pogo jump on his orb to inflict (1) damage on him.
The additional eneding can be viewed after defeating the basement to the Scotland castle.
