Illusions of Gaia-Red Jewel Checklist Designed by: Ian Wilkinson May 26, 2003
INTRODUCTION: Before, in the walkthrough I introduced the way I am dividing up the game: Walkthrough and a Red Jewel Checklist. You can play the game without getting the Red Jewels. It is still exciting, but if you care about te storyline and strength, you may want to consider getting them all. So here they all are: *Always consider the next Red Jewel you have to get, since some have allow only one attempt at getting. Also, printing this out and checking the Red Jewels off will help you during the game.
***South Cape*** [ ] 1. Look in the top left pot in the basement of Lance's house.
[ ] 2. Go ontop of the school roof. Examine the left side of the school tower.
[ ] 3. Go in and out of the Seaside Cave until the fisherman appears right infront of the Seaside Cave's entrance with a pot. Examine the pot. (Be patient with this one it takes a while)
***King Edward's Castle*** [ ] 4. When you first enter the castle you are approached by two guards. Follow the gaurd to your right into the right room. He goes behind a pillar. Once he is behind the pillar talk to him to get the Red Jewel.
***Prison*** [ ] 5. Jump off of a ledge onto the "Rusted Button" to open a door to a secret room. INside you will find a treasure chest with a Red Jewel inside.
[ ] 6. In a chest in the prison.
***Outside Prison*** [ ] 7. Right after you are out of the prison you should see a girl, Lilly; don't leave the room. Examine the furthest barrel.
***Itory Village*** [ ] 8. Examine the log pile.
***Incan Ruins*** [ ] 9. Inside the ruins in a chest.
***Incan Ship: After you awakwen*** [ ] 10. Right away after you wake up, directly go outside the cabin. Talk to Seth and he'll give you a Red Jewel. (Just before he dies...hahaha)
***Man's House*** [ ] 11. In the blue pot to the right of the man's house. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS BEFORE TALKING TO KARA. (only one shot at this one)
***Freejia*** [ ] 12. Go to the eastern side of the town. Between the two eastern-ist houses there is a garden path. Follow this path to an alley. A man in a robe will give you a Red Jewel.
[ ] 13. Go to the top floor of the hotel. In the room on your right there is a Red Jewel in a green pot.
[ ] 14. Go in the labour camp house and go on the roof. Jump off the ledge to your right. Between two houses is an alley way with ladders. Climb the ladders to the roof. Enter the roof entrance and talk to a man and a slave. Go back to the back alley in the town and talk to two slave traders. "Yes" you did see the escaped labourer, "Tell location" to get the Red Jewel. (I know it's low, but hey it's only a game!)
***Mine*** 15 [ ] 16 [ ] 17 [ ]. Just beside one of the Dark Space Portals there is a windy patch. Pyscho dash the wall next to it and reveal a trapped labourer who has for you 3 Red Jewels.
***Sky Garden*** 18 [ ] 19 [ ]. In treasure chests around the Sky Garden.
***Seaside Palace*** [ ] 20. Go right when you start to the room with Kara's transparent body. It's in the chest you see.
[ ] 21. In a tresure chest to the right of Erik.
[ ] 22. In a treasure chest.
***Mu*** [ ] 23. In a treasure chest.
***Angel Village*** [ ] 24. In the fountain in the dance hall.
[ ] 25. In a slide hole in the tunnel to Ishtar's house.
[ ] 26. In a pot in a room to the left of Ishtar's house.
[ ] 27. In Ishtar's riddle find both a herb and a Red Jewel
***Watermia*** [ ] 28. In a tall pot to the left of the entrance. (there is a guy floating on a lilly pad)
[ ] 29. In the gambling hall in a brown pot.
***Great Wall of China*** [ ] 30. In a treasure chest.
***City of Euro*** [ ] 31. Alley beside Rofsky's house.
[ ] 32. Find the shrine. In the shrine notice the wind from the statue in the center of the shrine. Press "A" infront of the statue. In the room with some labourers, search the far right corner barrels for a Red Jewel.
[ ] 33. Keep bringing Ann apples from the market. She is in the left room of the Rolek Mansion.
[ ] 34. Return to Watermia and talk to Lance. He'll give you a Red Jewel he found in his father's posetions.
***Mt.Temple*** [ ] 35. In a treasure chest.
***Native's Village*** [ ] 36. In a brown jar in the bottom of the hut with the three stone statues of girls.
***Ankor Wat*** 37 [ ] 38 [ ] 39 [ ] 40 [ ]. In treasure chests.
***Native's Village*** [ ] 41. Release center girl in hut to get a Red Jewel (Talk to her after you revived her from petrification)
***Dao*** [ ] 42. Beside two Kruks in Dao, uper right side of the town.
43 [ ] 44 [ ]. You have to do very god in the snake game. I got 79 snakes and achieved both Red Jewels. What I did was I stood in front of the center pot. From there if you stand still and just rotate your self right-left you can get all the snakes farely well.
***Pyramid*** [ ] 45. If you turn into the shadow and use the Aura at the top of the right stair case at the beggining of the pyramid, you'll drop down to a room. Search the right pillars for the Red Jewel.
46 [ ] 47 [ ] 48 [ ] 49 [ ]. Different treasure chests.
***Tower of Babel***
[ ] 50. Find the last red jewel where your flute was discovered.

*All Jewelers vanish after this.
Defeating the boss: Go on the opposite side of the screen (across left/right coveyer belt). Slide through Solid Arm continuously. If you do it right, you won't take damage. You only take 1 Hp off, be patient to win this one out. |
