The queen gives you the shooting star weapon. Go to the top right room talk to the girl she'll give you bridge instructions. Go west to the bridge.

4. Kill 2 boneheads. Go right.
5. Reveal switch. Go right.
6. Secret brick: Jump towards the chest. Reveal switch and get bolas. Reveal other switch to open door and then go up.
7. Go down.

10. Kill fly and kill mad muddy. Go up.
11. Get 2 hearts by using the clock to stop the bricks. Go up.
