CONTINUE: You can continue. Once you die, hold the "A" button. Wait for the menu and then start a new game. If you were holding down the "A" button you should start back at the beginning of the world you last played.
***Review***
This is the first NES game I had ever played, infact this was the first console game I ever played. There is so much stuff out there that I find it a waste of a time to focuss my attention on recovering secrets for this game. I will one day add a few codes and tips to this page, just not at the moment. But, for now I have added the only thing I ever used in SMB1. I give this game a 100% rank.
