Equipment used was Mark Howell's "Fire House Special" Chinese hat, Charlie Orr's DESCO Jack Browne and two "new" Widolf Mask recently reconditioned by Charlie Orr and Jocko Robinson. Several people also brought along their vintage double hose scuba gear. Special guest for the day was an old sea urchin diving mate of Ace Parnell, Kurt Ward and his 10 year old son Kurt, Jr. Junior spent the day learning to tend under the watchful eye of Jocko Robinson and Mark Howell.

Jocko Robinson wears one of the hand knitted red hats with a lucky penney tucked into the fold that are being produced and sold by Knotty Ash of Isle of Wight, England. The red hats are exact replicas of the hat used by William Walker, the famous diver who saved one of England's 11th century Coronation Cathedrals from collapsing.
