Incidental Spending

CARRIED (Stowell/Siekman) Motion to allow $25 for designated incidental spending without complete board approval for illness, new business welcome packages, bereavement.

Keri McGraw Incidental Spending

CARRIED (Stowell/Siekman) Motion to allow $25 for flowers for McGraw.

Annual Meeting

Annual meeting to be scheduled and held in second week of March. Empty board slots to be filled; committees for marketing & relocation to be formed. Suggest Pat LaVelle to speak to group regarding taxes.

Meeting Time

Monthly meeting time changed to second Monday of month.
