Zoe and Pero
Zoe sighed as she removed her riding helmet. It had been nearly two years since she and her brother had bonded at Abri, but the memory stayed with her as fresh as the day it had happened. Her emerald green Akelrezeth crooned happily as the memory ran through her Dragoneer's mind.
"Your brother comes," Akelrezeth crooned. "My brother needs to learn to fly faster."
"You know Luroath," Zoe laughed. "He has to look at everything!"
Just then, Luroath circled down and landed next to Akelrezeth, "You guys talking about us again!" P'ro shouted.
"Nope," Zoe sighed, leaping off Akelrezeth's back. "You coming to the dinner tonight?"
"Dinner for what?" P'ro asked. "The new Jr. Caerlady?"
"Sssshhh," Zoe hissed. "No one's told Uxor, yet."
Luroath crooned softly, "She's a beauty, Kamarith. Such a clean shade of white."
Akelrezeth laughed, "Our little Luroath is growing up."
The little blue/white crooned softly and looked over at his Dragoneer with a pleading look, "Oh, hush, Akelrezeth," P'ro laughed. "Leave him alone."
Akelrezeth sighed, "Just having a little fun, P'ro. Calm down."
Luroath grumbled something about annoying sister and stalked away towards the Feeding Grounds. Akelrezeth bound after him.
"Luroath, stop. I'm coming, too," Akelrezeth called.
Zoe glanced at her brother and burst out laughing. P'ro smiled softly as he took her arm.
"I've never seen you this happy," He sighed. "It's refreshing."
Zoe sighed, "Well, dear brother, I just needed something to be happy about."
P'ro laughed as he and his sister walked into the kitchens of the Caer, "Well, dear, you certainly have something now. She's a beauty."
Zoe smiled, sitting down, "She is, isn't she?"
"She'll be a prize for any male," P'ro sighed.
"I...," Zoe stammered. "I don't want to think about that, yet."
  P'ro nodded slowly, "You scared?"
Zoe sighed, lowering her eyes, "Yes, I am, and Akelrezeth's almost at that point."
P'ro sighed as he wrapped his arms around Zoe, "Don't worry, little sister. I'll make sure whoever it is treats you right."
