Guidelines on Mass Emails and how email requests will be handled: |

Riverwalk Newsletter often
receives emails from our neighbors requesting mass emails to request
information, referral or advice from other residents. To insure
that emails from Riverwalk Newsletter are "read" by residents and not be
categorized as "spam", we have streamlined the emails sent to residents
to only contain the following information:
1.
Community Sponsored Events that invites the entire community of
Riverwalk to participate.
2. Neighbor Sponsored Events that invites the entire community of
Riverwalk to participate. (Example is the Pool Party that the
Bertolli's held inviting Riverwalk neighbors or a Children's Play Date
Scheduled)
3. Community Awareness: If someone reported a crime that
occurred in Riverwalk, and it is important that the community is
informed to raise awareness then a mass emailings will be sent.
4. Fremont Community Information: Events that occurs in our
community that Riverwalk residents might find beneficial in attending.
5. Basically, any information that is felt beneficial in raising
awareness, providing information and affect the entire community of
Riverwalk will be sent in Mass Emailings.
By all means, please continue to send
any communications you would like to ask your neighbors via
email such as seeking referrals or issues or concerns. We will
then post all these communications in our Announcement Site and we will
also attach a link under the "Wanted" Section of the Homepage (for
referal requests). This is the reason why I created this site to
allow all of us to communicate with each other without going through the
management company.

Riverwalk Newsletter is owned and maintained by Ivy Maxwell and
is completely separate from the Board of Directors in that contents of
this site may not be dictated by the Board but will work with the Board
for specific Announcements and Events affecting Riverwalk. This
site has been created as a "communication tool" for Riverwalk Residents
only. Please do not publicize the site to anyone other than
Riverwalk Residents. If you are interested in helping maintain
