Tea


Ingredients

  • 3/4cup of water
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tea spoon tea leaves
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4cm. ginger

Method :
Boil the water. Add tea leaves ginger and cardmon . Let it boil add milk and sugar. boil again for few min,than serve.

Coconutladoo
Ingredients

  • 200gr desicated coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cardamom

Method :
Mix all the ingredients in thick pan,cook it on a low flame for 6 min and mix well let it cool for few min . Roll them in dry coconut powder and shape into a ladoo or spread it on the greased plate and make burfi.

salad



  • lettuce leaves
  • one large tomato
  • slice of Emmental cheese
  • a small mango
  • cucumber.
  • Tin of corn
  • chat masaala
  • lemon.
cut them in small pieces and mix them . This is quick and easy salad and very tasty.


Raita

Ingredients
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/4 cucumber peeled and grated.
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4 spoon kala namak
  • cilantro
Method: Beat the yogurt (add water if it's too thick) until smooth. Add the cucumber, chili and salt and mix well. Add this to the yogurt. Garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves.for the variation you could add carrots,onions,tomatoes.
Upma

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sooji
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 onion
  • 1/3 cup peas
  • 2tblsp ghee
  • 1/4 tspn cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspn mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspn ginger(chopped)
  • 8 cashewnuts
  • few curry leaves
  • salt to taste
Method:

Rub 1 tblspn of ghee into the sooji. Roast on Micro High for 2min. Take a casserole, place the remaining ghee, mustard and cuminseeds, cashew, curryleaves. Cook on Micro High for 3min. Add onions, ginger, chopped greed chill, cook on Micro High for 3 min. Add the roasted sooji, salt and water. Stir well cook on Micro High, covered for 10 min. Decorate this with corriander and coconut. Serve with pickle

Pistaburfi


Ingredients
  • Three cups of 2% powder milk
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • One cup grinded Pista (Pista grinded to make it in a rough powder form).
  • Three quarter cup sugar
Method Mix powder milk with whipping cream in a microwave safe bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave for three minutes on high power setting. Take the bowl out and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Mix in ground Pista and sugar. Place the bowl again in the microwave for three minutes on high power setting. Take the bowl out and pour contents in a flat dish. Spread this in the greased dish and let it cool .cut it in to the shape you want. .

Khoya

Ingredients:
    3 Minutes Microwave Recipe
  • Three cups of 2% powder milk
  • 250 ml whipping cream
Method:

Mix powder milk with whipping cream in a microwave safe bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave for three minutes on high power setting. Take the bowl out and mix it thoroughly. Khoya is ready.

Kalakand




Ingredients:

7 Minutes Microwave Recipe:There are several names for this sweet... Kalakand,milkcake,mishri mawa.
  • Condensed Milk - 1 tin
  • Milk powder - 1 tbsp
  • Yoghurt - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:

Take a tall microwave glass bowl and pour the tin of condensed milk and mix the rest of the ingredients in it. Place the dish inside the microwave for 3 minutes (high). The mixture will boil and tends to come up, so remove and stir after 3 minutes, then again leave for 2 minutes (high) and after stirring again for 2 minutes.Let it cool and make any shape you like.

Bread Dhokla



Ingredients:

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • One tablespoon sour Yoghurt (curd)
  • One teaspoon grated Ginger
  • One Green Chilli cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 tea spoon Mustard seed
  • 1/4 tea spoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 table spoon Ghee or Butter
  • Some Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste
Method:

Mix salt, chilli, ginger and yoghurt. Spread the above paste evenly on 2 bread slices. Cover these breads with 2 remaining slices. Cut each pair in 4 square pieces. Heat a flat pan or a frying pan. Put one tsp ghee or butter on the heated pan. Sprinkle some mustard seeds. Wait till it starts cracking. Sprinkle some turmeric powder. Put the bread pieces till brown on one side. Apply some ghee or butter and sprinkle some turmeric powder on the top side of slices. Upturn the slices and take is out when the second side is brown. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
