WinXP-FoxServe PHPtest HowTo

Problem:  You want to use PHPTest to conduct online quizzes on a Windows(XP) box.

Solution:  Follow this Howto

STEP 1: Download and install Foxserve 3.0:
 
http://www.foxserv.net/portal.php


STEP 2: Download and unzip PHPTest
 
http://www.resynthesize.com/code/phptest_info.php Copy the contents of phptest-0.6.3

STEP 3: Move the extracted PHPTest folder to "www" to
 
C:\programFiles\foxserv\www\phptest-0.6.3 Now rename the folder C:\programFiles\foxserv\www\phptest

STEP 4: Start Foxserve
 
Go to c:/foxserv and run "foxserv" and click on "start FoxServe"

STEP 4: Run Install Script
 
http://localhost/phptest/installscript

## Use the User/passwd you used when setting up Foxserv db-user:password [admin:passwd]and "phptest" as the database name

STEP 5: Login to PHPTest
