Project Proposal I have no clear proposal as of yet, but I currently have ideas to which I will ascertain a pliable research project. I want to focus my research on sampling music like the way music producers do.  I am very interested in this subject and would like to further research the possibilities through use of various programs and through the internet and maybe use some books while I'm at it..  I would most likely use programs such as Pro Tools and MAX/MSP to accomplish my research goals.  I would use these programs to figure out how to sample music and how that data is stored. My ultimate goal is to playback sampled bits and pieces through an interface and create music on the fly.  This would be really interesting and would clearly fill my search for what I don't understand. I believe it will be a long process to achieve my goals on the specific topic but I surely believe that my research will be reasonable, informative and true.
