THOUGHTS

We all have them - but do we really use them to their fullest ability, in other words - Do we take the time to analyze our own thoughts, to feel them, hear them, and make them an important part of our lives.  Do we listen to ourselves???
Give it a try sometime, you might be surprised at yourself?   Do you really know
the inner you???

You might view this page and wonder what the dickens it's about!  Well it has no specific reason - except to get "YOU" to think, use your mind, and imagination. They can be wonderful tools.  We all get so busy with every day life, commitments, chores etc. that many of us do not take the time for ourselves!

DO IT - MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF - YOU ARE IMPORRTANT!!

Have you ever been in a plane above the clouds and really looked out the window?
I have several times, to see the bright sunlight above the clouds is indescribable. The clouds look like large puffs of white cotton candy, that you just want to reach out and run your fingers through them. Of course there have been times when the sun was not shining, and the clouds turn gray or black and you hear that rolling thunder. Now that is a little scary!  Everyone should experience the sights from above and around the clouds.

This was taken April 99, from my window on my returning flight from England, the dark area at bottom
left of pic. is actually water.   The sun was glistening off the edge of the wing. It's an incredible sight, to be riding above the clouds, yet see the earth or water below.

What do you believe in?

Do you ever stop to think what you believe in or do not believe in?

How about life from other planets?  Do we have neighbors?

 Do they look like this?

How about another form of life - do you believe in fairies,

pixies or pied pipers?      Like this

Do you dream?  If so do you wonder if your dreams have meaning?

Do you believe in Angels?

Everyone needs a guardian Angel and I believe everyone has one...

Do you ever take the time to investigate your own thoughts? Or are you too busy?
Stop and ask yourself,  What you like or dislike, what are your interests, what do
you believe or do not believe in?  You probably will find a very interesting person
in there - if only 'you take the time'

I believe in 'Life' - it should be celebrated to the fullest each day. And yes! I believe there is other life out there somewhere - they are probably watching us and hopefully learning from all our mistakes - to make their world a better place. When I was a child we referred to pixies or fairies as the little people of our world. and yes! I believe...
In order to believe you have to learn to use your 'Imagination' - some would say hey lady you are crazy - sorry! but not so - who are we to question whether there are or are not 'little people' living in our world!

Do you ever stop and look into 'colors' - no I don't mean the color of peoples skin, I mean colors like red, blue, yellow etc... and think how they make you feel. Are you in tune with your own thoughts?  I dress according to my mood and color.  Blue - my favorite gives the feeling of security, depth, calmness, tranquility. However Red gives me the feeling of unrest, fire, uneasiness, at the same time powerful feelings.
Yellow - gives off a delicate feeling, not one of my favorites.  Any kind of purple, lavender, gives off peace, comfort, friendliness.  Greens - spunky, can conquer the world with green.  Black - being a redhead I love to wear this shhade.  White - I do not feel comfortable wearing white.   OK OK! who cares!  Just stop and think about how "Colors" effect your life - that's all I'm asking!!

Now we are on a roll - How does music effect your life??  Or are you too busy to really listen to your music? Several things come to mind.  Do you like music - if so what kind? Do you get into your music - or just listen to it on the radio going down the road in your car?   Do you 'feel' your music you listen to?
I like a variety of music - My man is "Elvis" - just wish he were still alive!
But - I don't stop there - I like a variety from Kenny G, Rod Stewart, Mary Chapin Carpenter, the Eagles, I could go on and on. I also like Flute music, music from other countries, such as Greek dancing music. I do not care to listen to 'hard' rock or rap.
Just not my cup of tea as they say!
No matter what music you listen to - take the time to feel the beat, hear the instruments and voice, listen to the words, you might be surprised at some of the words you hear.  I love to go to see a musical either at the movies or on stage, I put myself into the scenes, and forget I am sitting in a chair in a theater. It can give you a wonderful natural 'high' and escape from your every day commitments.
So the next time you listen to music - Stop and think and take the time to really
'listen and feel' the tune!

How about Art - or a good Book! not your bag! that's ok! (although you could be missing out) Next time you see a painting on a wall - doesn't matter if its at some office you stop by - or in your friends home.  Take a look at it, a real look, and ask yourself - "What do I really see?" - "Does this do anything for me?" - then look at it a second time - You might just surprise yourself, and find you can identify with it, or it moved an emotion inside you?  You just never know - unless you "Take the time to look" And as for the good book - read it fully - get involved with the characters!
Image yourself as one of them!  Could be interesting...

Well I know this page is a little 'different' but life is valuable, and many of us float through it always on the run with things we have to get done, whether its work, family, cooking, cleaning the house, doing the laundry, again I could go on and on...
All I say is - TAKE TIME OUT OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE FOR YOURSELF - GIVE YOU TIME TO RELAX, ENJOY THE MUSIC, YOUR SURROUNDINGS.  and if you cannot fly above the clouds to experience the beauty.  Take a walk along a beach, if your not as lucky as I to have a beach close by, take a walk in your neighborhood. If you cannot get out and about, allow your mind to take a walk and "USE YOUR IMAGINATION"...
