Brother AH

I thank you for taking time to respond and offer a "wise counsel to ears"  and pointing out that "an Asian face would not cause you (me) any grief.." for that is a refreshing bit of information I care to know.  However, since you sound like a person with some "scholastic standards" why don’t you compose a similar paper in "Philipino" language, submit it to your AMD Chapter, and then allow me "a little bit of constructive criticism."

By this time it is obvious to you that I am not as proficient in English language in either writing or speaking department but your hint that my writing problem have anything to do with "a group of disagreeable personalities" tells me of your proficiency in logic department.

For a brother who expect other than "rough draft" from "an invitational body,” if I may be permitted to offer "a little bit of constructive criticism" I highly recommend for you to focus on the topic and offer a rebuttal if you so desire instead of playing a wannabe editor who so sure of himself that wont use spell checker.  Please do not waste you time to respond since I already blocked your email address.  We both know that we do not like each other for our own reasons so, let us agree to disagree and travel our own separate way.  I wish we did not “meet” this way.

A disappointed non-English Major wannabe writer.

Dear Brother...

A little bit of constructive criticism if I may...

I am in New Jersey where we have Philipino Lodges, Latino Lodges, Jewish Lodges, Italian Red Lodges, African Lodges, and mostly all the other lodges are very well mixed. My DDGM is black, my Chaplain is Dominican, my
Marshall is Native American..etc.. So...an Asian face would not cause you any grief in the tri-state masonic community. This is equally true in New York on 23rd St. However...as far as scholastic standards go, I feel that your paper is a bit short. The grammar needs some serious work. It appears to be more of a rough draft of an idea or direction with which to proceed in composing a contribution to the beehive. But, for AMD...an invitational body, I would ccertainly expect a work in a more finished state.

Now that being said, you might weigh in my neutral opinion with your impression of the events you have detailed with regards to your recent masonic interactions and come to your own conclusion. Perhaps you have met with a group of disagreeable personalities, but it is also quite likely that you've got some unfinished corners on that ashlar...as we all do.

Blessings,
Brother AHxxx
