I evaluate persons who are accused of crimes for current mental status, mental status at the time of a crime, and for extenuating, mitigating, and exculpating circumstances. I have examined accused persons in Fort Bend, Harris County and Brazoria County, Texas. I do work with indigent clients using the fee structure set by the courts as well as with privately retained clients. References from attorneys are available on request.
