Responsibilities of this position include diagnosing and resolving complex hardware/software related problems on computer equipment operating in a Lan/Wan environment. Providing user support on all Microsoft OS and other business related applications, Support for all Macintosh OS and other business related applications, Support for Linux OS, also provide end user support and instruction for installation of remote VPN and applications.
Desired Requirements:
Strong customer service, Prior helpdesk experience, strong communications skills, hardware phone and desktop support. Troubleshooting Software & Hardware, Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP Microsoft Office, Outlook, Mac OS 9/10. A+ Certified experience a plus
Network/System Administrator

Description: Main focus is maintaining daily network administration. Installing and managing Mac OS X Servers, Windows 2000 Server & Professional, NT, Mac OS X, with strong a working knowledge of TCP/IP and DHCP. Macintosh Experience, Red Hat Exp and network routing a big plus.
Desired Requirements:
3 years experience with NT, TCP/IP, DHCP, Exchange administration and SQL Server maintenance.
