Cordelia started out as the Queen Bitch of her high school. Through her association with Buffy and her "forbidden" relationship with Xander, onto her convenient alliance with Angel in Los Angelus, until her possession by Demons... where was I going with this? I'm not sure any character took a path less traveled than Cordy. Or a wider path than Cordy. She's was the perfect foil for Buffy in high school. The worst possible first real girlfriend for Xander (from a guy's point of view.) But not the least likely to start a business with Angel in LA. Who or what she is at this point, I have no earthly idea. Coma, huh. Hopefully, the real Cordy will reappear at some point. I'd hate to think that it would be left to the way they left it at the end of A4.
