From City of Angel: Skip (David Denman) — A demon working for the Powers That Be that overlooked Billy's torture in an unknown hell dimension. He has a very "guy next door" attitude. His will kept Billy locked in the cage of flames while robbing him of his ability to scream. Angel saves Skip as Billy chokes him in an attempt to escape his prison. Also responsible for "demonizing" Cordelia and enabling her to keep the visions.
