ORDERING
When ordering, please quote the following;
1. name address and telephone number.
2. customer number if issued.
3. full catalogue code and item description including colour/type or size.
4. quantity required per item.
5. cost per item ordered.

If your order is sent to us by post, please use BLOCK LETTERS THROUGHOUT, and orders or other correspondence is welcome in Braille or on cassette.

PAYMENTS
Any discounts for orders over £35 will be shown on the invoice. All cheques and or postal orders should be crossed and made payable to CLIFF CRAFT who cannot accept coin or cash unless this is forwarded by registered post, and prior notice given by the customer and agreed too by us.
Payment is due for each order within 14 days of the date on the invoice, which is sent separately of all items.
