My name is Robert Jackson and I was born in 1958.I've been living in both Plano Texas and Palmer Lake Colorado for the last couple of years.I'm single. I sold my home in Oklahoma 6 years ago. I lived there for 18 years (1 hour west of Oklahoma City at Cedar Lake). Well anyway, I consider myself a creative person and I've done numerous patent applications on 11 different ideas.I've been looking for a partner to help me pursue my endeavors. I feel these clean energy concepts have enormous potential and could help the human race survive.I created a documented timeline 9 years ago to help protect my ideas and to help make sure that some big corporation doesn't control these concepts(the world needs these ideas now).I may need to take civil action sometime in the future.I've encountered some greedy people(ex-friends) years ago who created some promblems.This is a long story. I don't think these ideas should be controlled.I think these concepts are to basic in nature to be patented. I claimed to be the original inventor of these concepts and I think I can prove it(my filing dates). I hope to have my chance in court to prove my case(if call for).I think if someone should go public with these ideas and claims to be the original inventor,this person would have trouble proving this. If this should happen I would need someone to represent me(I think I have a good case).I may need help in the future, so if anyone out there wants to help let me know.I do consider my ideas as open source (most of my ideas have been published by the patent office for the last 6 years the others my me at least 3 1/2 years ago) There has been several people who have filed patents on the basic concepts conveyed in my patent apps.I don't believe they will get a patent due to alot of "prior art" on these concepts.I also believe that political appointees at the patent office (Bush Appointees)were involed in wrong doing.I think time will tell the extent of any possible wrong doing at the patent office (I have no proof) It's just a theory of mine.
