Cheesy Crisp Chicken (Provided by:Christina Cash)

Vegetable Cooking Spray

1 bottle 8oz. Blue Cheese salad dressing

2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs

1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt

1/2 teaspoon Dry Dill Weed

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

12 Chicken Drumsticks


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray;set a side. Pour dressing into medium bowl. Combine bread crumb, celery salt, dill, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip chicken inin dressing; roll in bread crumb mixture. Place chickenin single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered 50 minutes, or until juices run clear, turning once. serve hot. (makes 6 servings)



Mexican Meatloaf (Provided by: Christina Cash)

1 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey

1 cup Salsa

1 cup crush Tortilla Chips

1/2 medium Onion, chopped

3 Egg Whites, lightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon of groung Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Turkey, 1/2 cup Salsa, Chips, Onion, Egg Whites, and Pepper in a large bowl, until lightly blended.Shape into loaf and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour or until firm. Pour remaining Salsa over top, bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes more before slicing and serving. (makes 4 servings)
