Welcome to our family webpage...
We are fortunate to live on a 5 acre ranch in the country. Our little country haven is blessed with Blaze, our son's horse, chickens and two dogs. We raise our own beef and hogs. You'll occasionally see a rabbit here and there; especially in my garden. Last summer, I went out to water and was very surprised to see a jack rabbit in my compost pile. Now, I know what was eating, just one, of my tomato plants.
My husband is a wildland Heavy Fire Equipement Operator (H.F.E.O.) / firefighter for the California Department of Forestry. I've been a stay-at-home mother for the past couple of years after working in 18 years in the dental field. Someday, I'm sure I'll return to the dental field, but due to our extreme fire seasons in California, one of us needs to be home during the summer months.
Our son is very active in soccer, basketball and hunting with his dad. He also enjoys riding his ATV and Go-KART.
