Awakening |
A new beginning, once more born Starting life, a coming dawn Inside a cocoon, life begins Able to see, such precious things |
Deep within, awakening mind Seeing light, no longer blind Out of the abyss, darkened night Behold the beauty, a wondrous sight |
Horizons afar, see the sun descend Life in the past, now at an end Rays of sunshine, in distant skies Outstretched arms, open eyes |
Birth of a future, being together Be it sunshine, or stormy weather Going forth, leave the past behind Hearts as one, true love we'll find |
Never returning, to days gone by Together we'll laugh, sometimes cry In life's struggle, as one we'll stand Into the future, hand in hand |

Strong emotions, a warmth inside Love so great, it cannot hide Longing to cherish, this wonderful life With the one I love, my dearest wife |
