Setting Sun |
Over horizon, the sun decends A chapter over, another day ends Rays of sunshine, beacons of light Ushering in, the beginning of night Paths to stars, on shimmering ocean Visions to behold, with such emotion A wonderous power, so much might The sun it brings, life and light From heaven, through silver cloud Outstreched arms, looking proud Stars appear, in skies above Seagulls fly, with a solitary dove Remnants of light, slowly depart A wonderous scene, warmth in heart The setting sun, from which life exists Breathtaking views, not to be missed |
