In your own words…

Many of you replied to the original invitations and included a short biography of yourselves, telling what you have done and accomplished since graduation.  Here are the bios, untouched and unedited. Enjoy…  (Big thanks goes out to Siamak Mostoufi for translating some of your horrible handwriting and typing the bios into the computer for us!)

Ten years later and I’m still in school!  I earned an architecture degree from U of I Champaign in 1998.  Afterwards I did a brief stint working in Los Angeles and lived with Rob Ley.  I left for San Francisco to be with my college sweetheart and was married soon after.  A few years later…We are now in Chicago where I am working towards a Master of Architecture while my wife, Annie, is working in an small architecture firm with Rob. J

Rob Ley

After high school, I weaseled my way into U of I in Champaign through a loophole set up by President Carter in the late 70’s.  After receiving my degree in Architecture, I moved to Los Angeles where I found yet another backdoor into the University of California, where I obtained a Master of Architecture degree.  After living in Los Angeles for 5 years, I moved back to Chicago to be closer to my friends and family.  After spending adequate time with both, I have decided to move back to Los Angeles to start my own architecture firm and find a wife, but perhaps not in that order.  Thank you all for contributing your short 10 year bios and thank you, as well, for making the 10 year reunion a very memorable one.  Take care.
