I already taught you how to get stronger with your punches. Now I will teach you how to punch properly. Get in your fighting stance.

Jab
1.
Punch at a forty-five degree angle with the fist of the hand that's infront. Do not ever punch perfectly straight. This will cause you elbow to really hurt. Instead, punch inwards towards the center of the target with your elbow slightly bent. Not too bent. Just enough to know that it is bent. Remember that a jab is a very fast punch. Don't leave a jab out for too long. It is more of a speed punch than a power.

Cross
2.
Punch at a forty-five degree angle with your back hand. Go fully forward with it. You have to use your shoulder to move more into the punch. It takes longer to do than a jab, but it brings out more power, a lot more power. Like the jab, you must leave the elbow slightly bent. Not too bent. Just enough to know that it is bent. This punch has a long motion to it. You don't just punch. You tilt your shoulder along with it.

Hook

3.
Using the arm you jab with, you gotta punch in a curve. This is a bit hard to explain, but what you do is instead of just punching forward towards the center, you gotta punch to the side of the object still at a forty-five degree angle. This is meant to hit the side of someone's face. So basically, you are punching at a curve towards the side of your face. You aren't punching forward anymore. You are bringing your arm towards the outside and punching forward at a curve towards their face. This is why the punch is called a hook.

Uppercut
4. Simple. All you have to do is bring your arm down and punch in an upwards motion. This is used mostly to hit someone right under their chin. This hurts very much if you hit someone hard enough with this.

All those up there are the four main punches. I will now tell you how to use them and dodge them in combat. Firstly, do each punch two-hundred times. Then switch stances. This means if you were first jabbing and hooking with your right hand, and crossing and uppercutting with your left at first, now you are jabbing and hooking with your left hand and uppercutting and crossing with your right. Altogether, these are eight-hundred punches you are thowing. Four-hundred with the right and the same with the left.

Combat: Attacking

Jab
People ususally use jabs to confuse people. You can use jabs to hit the any four regions of the chest, which are the left of the stomach, right of the stomach, left of the upper chest, and right of the upper chest. These are known as the four gates. These gates are vital parts of the body. You should jab a few times. Try to make up your own strategy. It will confuse the person. You can jabe like five times, so the opponent thinks the six time you might jab, but you actually cross, so the opponent throws the wrong block.
