Question or Comment : Frontier Wiseman only negates cards that target. If the card doesnt ask you to select a target, Frontier Wiseman cant stop it. He stops Offerings to the Doomed, but not Raigeki. He stops Warriors from being equipped, but not from Dark Hole.

You may play them from your hand any time during your turn (draw phase, end phase etc). If you set one onto the field, it behaves like a trap card. You cannot activate one the turn you set it, but you can activate it anytime after.

Question or Comment : Theres not an official English ruling on it that I know of. Im going by logic and a Japanese ruling. Magic Jammer stops it from coming back, Imperial Order does not (the effect is not negated when it is sent to the Graveyard).
