Creator/Studio: Satoshi Kon/Madhouse

Company: Dreamworks SKG

DVD Info: 1 hour 27 minutes.

Summary: A documentary director named Genya Tachibana is interviewing acclaimed actress Chiyoko Fujiwara. But Chiyoko has differentiating between her roles and reality. How will Tachibana be able to tell the difference?

The Good: The story draws you in so easily, you don't care how confusing it gets. I love how Tachibana and his camerman get lost in Chiyoko's story.

The Bad: The story's kind of hard of follow as Chiyoko keeps jumping in and out of her movies. Children especially will have difficulty watching this one, especially since there's very little action. No dubbing is done, but that didn't bother me. Offensive Material: Some violence and bad language.

Overall: This is by far one of Madhouse's best works. Even though the story was rather difficult to follow, I found it quite enjoyable. It proves that the scope of the kind of stories that animation can do is as rich as imagination itself.
