Summary: Yomiko Readman (a.k.a. "The Paper") is a bookworm with psychic control over paper (think making giant paper airplanes and actually flying around in them). She works for the British Library Task Force. Her mission: protecting the world from reincarnated historical authors with superhuman powers.

The Good: When I saw the ROD TV series on G4TechTV, I just had to see what the OVA was like. Yomiko is a great character--I love how crazy she is about books. The detail is astounding!

The Bad: I can do without the risque shots of Miss Deep's breasts. Do the animators really get that lonely?

Offensive Material: Mildly graphic violence and language. Oh, and did I mention those risque Miss Deep breast shots?

Overall: If you like stuff that's just plain wacky, check this out. There's nothing--and I mean nothing else like it (except maybe the TV series)
