Vince Tracy
Vince worked as a disc-jockey around Merseyside from 1962-1982 before emigrating to Cornwall!
He appeared on Radio One with Emperor Rosko in the early seventies and presented his own shows
'Tracy's Travels' and 'Tracy's Tuesday Chuckles' on BBC Radio Merseyside in the mid-seventies. At this time he was club DJ at the Hamilton Club, the Cabin Club, Leighton Court, Rupert's and Westwood Grange, Wirral, Merseyside.

He worked as a presenter on
Radio H at Henvic, Brittany, France in 1986.

As compère/dj at the Hamilton Club in Birkenhead he worked with many stars. Examples include:Canon and Ball, Little and Large, Paul Melba, Duggie Brown, George Roper, Bernard Manning, Johnny Hackett, the Searchers, Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas, Gerry and the Pacemakers.

As a cabaret artist he's worked with such comedy giants as Ken Dodd, Tom O'Connor, Mick Miller, Stan Boardman and Jethro.

Currently, Vince can offer a three part cabaret show: Vince's guitar, harmonicas and poetry, the outrageous Rockin Rupert and the lovable Fr. Ignatius.

Shortly after arriving in Cornwall in 1982, Vince created '
Cornwall Market Place' for the Western Morning News before studying for an Arts degree at  The College of St. Mark and St. John (Marjons), Plymouth. Later, he qualified as a lecturer and teacher and read second degree -this time a Philosophy Degree with Exeter University!

  From July 1995 until February 1998 with Anne, his wife, he created and published
The Truro News and Trader.

After a spell in Supply Teaching Vince decided to return to his cabaret act so Rockin Rupert worked in Palm Springs and Tenerife before turning to Benidorm.

Vince met up with OCI Radio where he is working as a chat show host and Presenter/Producer on
94.6 FM Costa Blanca and 101.6FM Costa Del Sol.
