For Rockwood to grow, businesses must flourish.  You can make that difference by patronizing local businesses as much as possible.  Abandoned buildings bring nothing but crime.  Businesses who are appreciated and receive business will be more apt to stay! 
If multi-family complexes are good neighbors, they too bring more potential business to our areas.  If one is known for being exceptional, they are more apt to receive good tenants, and good neighbors.
