Recipe: Potato Soup Ingredients: 6 Medium Potatoes, diced 2 medium Onions, diced 1/2 cup chopped Celery 2 quarts Water 1/2 tsp. coarse Black Pepper Salt to taste 2 tblsp. Flour 2 tblsp. Butter 1 cup fresh Parsley 1/2 tsp. dill seed, ground Directions: Boil potatoes, onions and celery in water until tender. Remove vegetables, reserving broth. Blend vegetables in blender, return to broth. Add pepper, salt, flour and butter. Stir in parsley and dill. Do not boil soup. Serve hot and Enjoy! |

Recipe: Broccoli & Cheese Soup Ingredients: 2 tblsp. finely chopped Onion 2 tblsp. Marharine 3 tblsp. Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Pepper 2 cups Milk 1 cup American Cheese 2 cups Chicken Boullion Cubes 2 cups-10oz. package frozed chopped Broccoli Directions: In a large pan cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper until well blended. Add milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese stir until melted. Remove from heat. In seperate pan dissolve bouillion cubes in water, Bring to a boil, add broccoli. Cook until done. Do not drain water, add to soup mixture, stir and serve. Enjoy! |

Recipe: Split Pea Soup Ingredients: 1 pound green split Peas 1 or 2 Ham Hocks 2 quarts Water 1 Onion, chopped 2 or more Carrots, peeled and sliced 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Bat leaves 1 tsp. Thyme Pepper and Salt to taste Directions: Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring constantly. Removeham hock, garlic and bay leaves. Puree soup and return to pot. If necessary dilute soup with water or broth. Enjoy! |

Recipe: Albondigas Soup Ingredients: MEATBALLS: 1/2 pound Ground Beef 1/2 pound Ground Pork 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs 1 Egg 2 tblsp. Milk 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Oregano 1/2 tsp. Cumin 1/4 cup Oinion, minced SOUP ADD-INS: 1 cup sliced and peeles Carrots 1 cup Celery, chopped 4-6 Potatoes Lrg. Cubes BROTH: 5- 10.5 oz. Beef Bouillion Cubes 1 quart Water 1/2 cup Salsa 1/2 tsp. Basil 1/2 tsp. Oregano Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: Combine meatball ingredients together and form into medium size meatballs. In a sauce pan combine broth ingredients and bring to a boil. Add meatballs and add-in vegetables to broth, cover and simmer 40 minutes. Enjoy! |

Recipe: Oriental Soup Ingredients: 2 pounds Ground Beef 1/8 tsp. Ginger 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg 1/4 tsp. Cloves, ground 2 tblsp. Soi Sauce 2 Beef Bouillion Cubes 2 tblsp. Worshershire Sauce 1 package frozed Broccoli 1 package frozen Cauliflower 1 package frozen, Mixed Vegetables 4 cups Rice (cooked as directed) Directions: Add water to medium size stew pot and add hamburger. Bring to a boil, skimming fat off the top. Add all ingredients, but rice and boil until hamburger is done. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add rice before serving and Enjoy! |

Recipe: Tortilla Soup Ingredients: 1 pound Ground Beef 1 Onion, chopped 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and chopped 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 2 tsp. Chili Powder 2 tsp. ground Cumin 1- 28 oz. can Tomotoes in thick puree 3 cups water 2- 15 oz. cans Pinto Beans, drained Directions: Brown beef and onions, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans and cook 15 minutes. Add beans, cook 10 minutes more. Serve and Enjoy! |
