Do you recognize this song?

Hello, my name is Roger Harisson and I have lived in West Wendover, Nevada all my life. My father passed away recently, God rest his soul, and I had to run through the things at his house, as we now intend to sell it. In the mid to late 60s, it used to be a modest recording studio where, as my father used to tell me, local talents tested their lungs. Needless to say, rummaging through my father's stuff, I found quite a few recordings of that time - no band or artist from West Wendover ever really made it - my father's studio was a place where dillentantes recorded their ideas with the humble means available. I devoted the following weekend to listening to the numerous recordings I found. Most of them were folk rock bands, or rock and roll bands, with names such as 'The Rakes' or 'The Tin Cans'; some people even used their own names - I was quite surprised to hear my now 75-year-old neighbour singing a falsetto song and it surely provided a few laughs among the town community. However, one of those archival tapes was not labelled, it just stood there, nameless. Immediately after I listened to it, I was sucked in, obsessed, mesmerized. Who had done this bizarre song and whatever happened to him? I created this page in hope of finding something about it, and if you know something about it, or, better still, recognize yourself, please, please drop me a line at roger.harisson@yahoo.com. The song is nothing like anything I've heard before, weird and beautifully outre. I recognize the old organ my father treasured at the studio, as well as the now-defunct electric piano - it was surely recorded at his studio, possibly in '65 or '66 – the time where those were the only two instruments in the studio. I have absolutely no idea who sang it, and all the people from our town I played it to (quite a few, actually), had no idea either. So if you know anything about it, think you recognize the voice, or style, or just about anything at all, contact me, please. I am even prepared to offer a modest sum to anyone who can provide information as to the origin of the tune. If you do not know anything about the song, do send it to your friends, and eventually and hopefully, we shall find its creator.
