Look at that fat ass. I can't believe I'd let myself go to that point. I'd lost about 33 lbs there, from my highest weight of 429 lbs. The picture below is the night before surgery, September 25, 2001. The after pics are about 15 months post op.
Both of these pics to the left were taken on 6/15/2003. I'd been working out several months in these pics. I've put on about 25 or so pounds from the skinny pic above. Muscle is good.
