Physical Description: Youthful with a high intelligence about her, she looks far older in her eyes then most people her age and carries herself with a dignity that betrays his hidden birthright. She attempts to be more 'down to earth' but doesn't over do it since she believes if she acts too much she'll simply try too hard and spoil it. She stands roughly 5 feet tall and is trim in body with slight hips and bust due to her still growing. Often seen in nice dresses but nothing overly fancy so as not to trigger anyone's memory of her.
Personality: Firm, kind and purposeful. She has a slight sense of sarcastic humor but it only shows around those she feels comfortable near (aka her best friends) and otherwise she is a serious and studious young woman known by most as the top student of her class and she always has her nose in a book.
Likes: Dios, being top in whatever she tries to do, learning, magic, her people and swimming (she does this at least once a day).
Dislikes: Dry heat, cruelty without reason, boarish people and when Dios drinks.
Fears: Being removed from her position by the King's Council for perusing her powers.
Brief History: Born taking her mothers life, Manori never knew her mother and knew her father less as the man was killed by a viral outbreak that hit the area. She was spared as once the sickness was noticed a lesser noble of her domain took her to stay with him. Only four at the time she really didn't even get to mourn their loss and instead recognized the only parent she'd ever known: Lord Chay. As the only survivor of his royal lineage she was schooled by Chay and raised to be a perfect lady... but as she grew so did her fascination with water, and with an ocean being so far away the noble knew what this meant for her. Having complete loyalty and faith to the child he raised he wanted her to be schooled enough in this power to at least hide it so the Kings Council would not remove her from her throne. Finally it was decided that she would go as a merchants daughter to the Fifth Council's magic school and learn of her powers while Chay cared for her lands, all the while telling the people that the Queen was off to a special boarding school. Upon arrival the council knew the girl would need some one to watch over her from afar and ensure no one noticed her heritage, so a young water teacher of her class was instructed to watch over her: Dios Valkrum. The dark and brooding- yet not unkind - man slowly has won her heart each day... but she is not a fool. His eyes do not see her in that manner, and she is pretty sure she has no chances at all.
