		Appointment We are trying our best to make your office visit go smooth. These are tips how to make a trip to doctor office less frustrated. - Call to make appointment as soon as you know that you need to be seen by the doctor. - On answering machine, leave your name and phone number clearly and slowly. This will help us return your call faster. - Be on time. Please always let us know if you cannot come in or are running late. So that, we can tell you when is the better time to come in or how long you may have to wait. - Always bring your insurance card. - If you need a referral, make sure you bring it with you or make sure we get it before you come to the office. Communicate with your primary doctor and ask them if they are sending a paper referral or electronic referral. We cannot see you without a referral if you need one. - Make sure your insurance is active. We cannot see you if your insurance is terminated or inactive.
