CRABMEAT STUFFED MUSHROOMS

12 Large Mushrooms
2 Small cans Crabmeat
1-2 Cups Chicken Broth
Breadcrumbs as needed.
Remove stems and finely chop them.
Add Crabmeat and Broth to pan and Cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from burner and add breadcrumbs until it reaches consistency of stuffing. Fill mushroom caps. They should be moist so they don’t dry out when baked.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
