CROCKPOT LASAGNA

1 LB ground round or turkey 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can or jar (26 ounce) spaghetti sauce 12 ounce container of cottage cheese (large or small curd) 1/2 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese 1 egg 12 ounce box of regular (NOT no-boil type) lasagna noodles (Don't cook ). 12 ounce shredded mozarella cheese Brown meat & onion. Drain. Add spag sauce & simmer 5-10 mins. In bowl combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese (hold back 1/2 cup), & egg and mix well. In crockpot spoon layer of meat sauce to cover bottom. Add TWO layers of uncooked lasagna noodles which you will have to break up to fit into the pot. Add layer of cheese mixture. Then repeat all layers until all ingredients are used up. Sprinkle with reserved mozarella. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high for approx 3 hours. Serves 6 - 8.
