DILLROASTEDCARROTS

1 lb. Tender carrots
· quarter tsp. Salt
· 1 half Tbs. Better
· dash pepper
· quarter tsp. Dry-dill
· 1 Tbs. Water
· 1 tsp. Fresh dill

Preheat oven to 375*F.
Pare carrots and scrub well.
Cut into strips, like french fries.
Place carrots in middle of a piece of heavy-duty foil.
Dot with butter, and sprinkle with seasonings and water.
Wrap the carrots securely in foil, and crimp the edges.
Bake 45 minutes or until carrots are tender.
