CHRIST THE KING AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

Dear Parents,

The After School Program begins the FIRST FULL WEEK of school and ends the LAST FULL WEEK of school.

Our Program is beginning its Sixteenth year and we are very happy that we can offer this service to you. We love having your children, and we want them to be as happy as possible while they are in our care. We provide a professional atmosphere, loving care, a snack and drink, plenty of toys to play with, arts & crafts at certain times of the year, and daily help with homework for those who stay past 4:00 PM. If you wish, your child may bring a change of clothes in a BAG that they can then put their uniform into. This avoids having uniform pieces going home with the wrong person!

Safety is our main concern. Please notify us if there is a change in your weekly plan. Call the business office (215-632-1375) and leave a message. We need to know that your child is not missing! We are also here in case you have an unexpected emergency. Your child is welcome to "walk in" any day.

With our present payment schedule, you receive a "FREE DAY" of care when you pay the WEEKLY FEE by the last day of the week. The cost will remain the same as it has always been, provided you are up to date.

The DAILY FEE will be charged when payment is not received by the end of the week!

The WEEKLY FEE is available ONLY if payment is received by the LAST DAY OF THE WEEK!

Please note the following:

  1. Make all checks payable to "CHRIST THE KING".
  2. If your child is absent for more than one day, credit will be applied toward the next week. In the case of families with more than one child, the $2.00 per hour will be credited unless all are absent.
  3. Please use your credits the week they appear next to your child's name.
  4. When we have a short week, payment should be made by the hour - $3.00 for one, and $2.00 each for each additional child.
  5. Children should not continue playing once you have signed them out. If your paid hour ends while they are still playing, you will need to pay for the next hour.

***** If you use the program "Now & Then", the cost is $3.00 and hour for one child and $2.00 each for each additional child. This payment is due at time of pick-up.

LATE PICK-UP - Once a new hour has begun, payment for the full hour is due.

Pick-up after 6 PM is $3.00 per teacher every 15 minutes payable directly to them. There will always be 2 teachers until all children are safely picked up.

Our goal is for your children to have a safe and happy place to come to after school. If any child would continually disrupt this atmosphere by using inappropriate language, harming another child, or showing disrespect to any of our Staff, you will be asked to come and immediately pick them up.
