...playday

I don't know about you, but back in my days of elementary school we had something called "playday". Essentially it was day in the latter half of the year devoted to just having fun that involved wacky games and ended with a freeze-e treat. The reason why I’m recalling this event was that at one particular “playday” which I believe was during either the 4th or 5th grade I became up, close, and personal with my very first pair of boobs.

On this day I was little young lad who wasn't really feeling too well, perhaps it was thanks to all the ninja turtle cookies that came out of my ass as little green nuggets at lunch time. So during this one event where we had to take a baseball bat, run circles around it, then had to run to the back of the line, but thanks to the circles you were all dizzy and that made you run funny. When it came time for me to take part I started to bitch and moan about not feeling good and I even went as far as to turn on some of the water works. This outburst lead to our pre-teen 8th grade female group leader who was developing very fast and thanks to her being a little on the cubby side made it all that good cause it just made the boobs that much bigger.

Upon my tearing up this girl came up to me and since I was short when she bent over the neck of her t-shirt drag down and thanks to her not wearing a bra I was able to sneak a glance at the holiest part of the female body, the breast. They were big and round and as I stared for about 30 seconds she talked shit to make me feel better, but of course I was already feeling better if you get my drift. So, when I started to calm down she gave me a hug where my face fell upon her puppies and it felt like was whist away to never never land as these two cloud-like pillows sandwiched my little face.

At this time I would just like to thank that girl whoever you are for being the first pair of breast I ever laid my face against. And that my friends is remembering “playday.”

  • i really want to see this movie

Zach Braff is one of the coolest and funniest actors on tv and now you can add one of the coolest film makers. On his time off "Scrubs" he set off to make his first feature entitled "Garden State" which boast a cast with the likes of Peter Sarsgaard, Ian Holm, and the love of my life Natalie Portman.

When i first saw the teaser for this film i knew that we were about to witness the birth of a great new film maker. just the simplicity of its trailer bought joy to my eyes with some its frames looking like a pieces of art. By watching the trailer and some clips, the film just looks to be truly outstanding: the slow/fast motion, the zoom out embrace, the airplane sequence, the fireplace still shot, the duel mirrors, the Portman "one thing" spew, it all adds up to an all out good i mean great movie. Sure i may be talking out of my ass on the account that i have yet to see this movie, but i do know that i'm not alone on my praise as its currently boasting a 100% fresh rating over at rottentomatoes.com

Watch the trailer(s) yourself here and if your not impressed by what you see then we have different opinions in what makes a good movie.

so, on the 28th put "Garden State" on you things to do list...

oh yeah...BEST TOUR of the fall will be the line up of TAKING BACK SUNDAY, FALL OUT BOY, and MATCHBOOK ROMANCE i just hope to god they hit Toronto...

  • can't wait to see nancy and her lasso...

just read this here little interview with Robert Rodriguez about the upcoming movie about Frank Miller's graphic novel series "Sin City" and now i'm just so fucking jazzed for it.

Rodriguez with the help of Miller himself are bringing to life the yarns of the first “Sin City”, “That Yellow Bastard”, and “The Big Fat Kill”. They’ve also established cast that’s spot on perfect for their role and it’s a cast that makes Soderbergh’s Oceans look amateurish. You’ve got: Micky Rourke, Bruce Willis, Clive Owen, Jamie King, Jessica Alba, Benicio Del Toro, Michael Clarke Duncan, Michael Madsen, Nick Stahl, Rosario Dawson, Alexis Bledel, Carla Gugino, and shit load of others.....if those names in relation to Sin City don’t make you drool then you should get yourself checked...

I’ve read all of the yarns (expect for "Hell & Back" can't seem to find it) and there all fucking amazing. The artwork is so classic and the stories are so captivating and heartfelt and I just can't wait see how its gonna translate to the big screen. Seeing Marv busting up Kevin, Hartigan taking out both of Junior's weapons, Nancy oh Nancy, Dwight driving around with a dead Jackie Boy, and lets not forget all the lovely ladies of Old Town and one lady in particular is sultry yet deadly Miho.

So, all I’ve got to say is fuck Episode III, fuck Batman Begins, cause 2005 belongs to the best movie I and You will ever see in your lifetime and its called SIN fuckin CITY.

  • the X-Man meets the S-Man

I can't really sleep right now cause for the past week or so my sleeping pattern got fucked up...so to try and bore myself to sleep i decided to work on the site. I've been fixing up alot of shit and everything should be up by weeks end...

now, earlier on saturday some good news came out about our favorite hero in blue tights and red cape. for those of you have yet to hear the news is that WB have hired Bryan Singer, Michael Dougherty & Dan Harris to craft together the new SUPERMAN movie which is set to be released summer 2006. If your not smiling with glee and jumping around your room in fanboy madness and or those names don't ring a bell there's something wrong with you or it might be the fact that you have a life....anyways those three names are team behind the X-MEN movies and if they do to SUPERMAN what they've done with wolverine and the gang we are about to witness something truly magical.

I for one am truly happy with what WB has done. They've dumped director McG and all his crazy ideas (superman cybersuit) and hired Singer whom to me is number 2 in the superhero movie game, secord to only raimi thanks to his brilliantly made SPIDER-MAN 2. I also like the way Singer's approaching the film as its been reported that it will not be an origin story and something regarding the Christopher Reeve films and that universe will in be incoporated into this new film somehow....its just gonna be sweet.

  • my computer's fixed and i, robot sucks...

well, it seems that my comps all cleaned up and fixed, but since i lost all the shit on my hard drive i had to change the look of the site once again...the links aren't working yet, but they should be up soon. oh and i knocked of the "asthena" bit of the site, its just callled "there are no rules" now...

as for the latter in my heading all i got to say is that it ain't a good movie, a rental at best and it truly did suck the big one. aisde from all the robot madness (specifically the character of "Sonny") and watching Bridget Moynahan take a shower the movie crashed to a bloody death and should never be mentioned again.

  • "Broken this fragile thing now...."

its late or early morning right now and I can't seem to fall asleep...so, due to this insomnia plaguing me at the moment I fixed up the site a little bit mainly the "theater"section. Now, located there you can find and watch the new Yellowcard video for "Only One"...the video itself is half poetic, half political, and overall visually stunning, who ever directed this video should get some praise.

...alright, I’m off to try and get some sleep

  • Layout Change, Part 5

First off, "Spider-Man 2" owns all, its as beautiful as a superhero movie can get...Sam Raimi is a fucking god. I'll have a full-review of this amazing flick in the next coming days aswell as reviews of "Fahrenheit 9/11", "Dodgeball", "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance" and also a few music reviews one of which will be the outstanding "Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge" by My Chemical Romance.

well, as you can see i've decided to change the look of this little site of mine yet again. Don't really know why? but i'm just cool like that...anyway the whole site hasn't been all switched up yet and some links are messed up, but in due time the shit will come together. Lastly hope everyone has had a grand ol' Canada Day!!! so, until next time...
