Gordian

Following a natural catastrophy that has made earth uninhabitable, scientists look for a new planet that could sustain mankind.  The God Emperor Madocter declares was against Earth's forces.  It is then up to Daigo Otaki and his robotic panther to lead the way in the giant robot Gordian.  While the mechanical designs are quite poor, some of the character designs are interesting, the heroes more than the bad guys, strangely enough.  Maybe this is due to the lively facial expressions the characters can summon.  The Gordian machine divides itself in three different-sized robots (15 m, 5 m and 2.5 m), the pilot standing in the smallest one.  This original detail makes the Gordian robot the ancestor of the 1980's powered armors.
