Blessings during your time of healing.  If you know a child who has lost a family member or friend, Keeping Memories Alive

Memory Lane Press offers a keepsake activity book for young people. 
"Keeping Memories Alive" has pages where boys and girls can write memories, draw pictures, and tape photos.  They can add color with magic markers, paints, and crayons to natural images of clouds, raindrops, flowers, trees, sunrise, and sunset.  A gentle, reassuring poem appears throughout the activity book, giving adults an opportunity to talk with children about the cycle of life and the emotions surrounding their loss.

Rosemarie ( MiMi) Zannino-Bracken, B.S., M.A., has worked with thousands of students and educators as a writer-in-residence over the past decade.  A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, she encourages young people to discover their creativity and to express their emotions, ideas, and observations in safe, constructive ways.
