1. What is your position and was it hard to obtain?
?I?m basically the supervisor of the whole yard.  Yes and no, it was hard to obtain.?

2. As the manager/supervisor what certain responsibilities do you have?
?I am in charge of everything operational, take care of paperwork, taking orders, customer service, making sure that the plant is running properly, and giving orders to the drivers.?

3. What is the hardest and/or biggest decision that you have ever had to make as a supervisor?
?I had to make the decision of whether or not to move a big rig off of a handicap person that was crossing the street.?

4. Do you feel the decision that you made was the right one for the situation.
?Yes, he was already dead.?

5. Did your decision accomplish what you wanted?
?Yes.?

6. Are there other routes you could have taken to get to you goal?
?I?m sure there was, nobody is perfect.  I used my judgment on what I thought was appropriate for the particular situation.?

7. How long did it take to get where you are now?  Were there any obstacles in your way?
?I?m still going through obstacles everyday, plus it took five years to get where I am now.?

8. Was anyone supporting your decisions, relating to your work?
?Oh, of course!  All of them my wife and kids, family, co- workers. You don?t make a decision on your own.?

9. Did your decision making jeopardize your job?
?No.?

10. Has anyone betrayed you at work you thought you trusted?  How did you deal with it?  What did you do?
?Yes, I did nothing, and it took months to get over it, and I?m still getting over it.?

11. Have you ever wanted to lose it or give up because of it?
?Yes.?

12. Are you happy where you?re at?
?Yes.?
