1. What is your position, and was it hard to obtain?
“I am a Marketing Director and the District Sales Manager for Coca-Cola. My job was moderately difficult and challenging to get to.”
2. As the manager/supervisor do you have certain responsibilities?
“Actually I have a lot of responsibilities that I have to attend to. I have to show leadership, train employees, develop supporting groups, and achieve the goals that I have set for my self and for the employees.”
3. What is the hardest and/or biggest decision you have ever had to make in your position?
“Actually it was just if I wanted to stay at my current location.”
4. Do you feel that the decision you made was the right one? Why?
“Yes, I feel I have more flexibility it balanced out my life.”
5. Did your decision accomplish what you wanted?
“Yes.”
6. Are there other routes that you could have taken to get to your goal?
“Probably, of course.”
7. How long did it take for you to get where you are now, and were there obstacles in your way?
“Yes, there were obstacles in my way and it took me three years to get where I am.”
8. Was anyone supporting you in your decisions ( financially, emotionally )?
“I had no financial support. But my wife was there for me.”
9. Did anything ever happen to you to make you think you were going to lose your job?
“Not yet, hopefully never.”
10. Has anyone betrayed you at work that you thought you trusted? How did you deal with it?
“Yes, I have had someone betray me, but I confronted them, then I sat down and talked it over.”
11. Have you ever just wanted to lose it or give up because of it?
“Yes.”
12. Are you happy where you’re at?
“Yes.”
