Rosetree Signs and Other Artworks is a partnership of Gary and Tina Rosenbaum of Dallas, Texas. Our studio/office/workshop has always been in our residence. We usually call on our clients at their places of business, but if you wish to visit us, please call first, as we are often out.
We founded Rosetree in 1982 as a graphic arts business called Rosetree Designs. Shortly after, as the emphasis on signs increased, we dropped the "De."
Although our "fine arts" are individual efforts, there is so much overlap in equipment, materials, and labor (sometimes known as "butting in") that we keep our commercial art and our non-commercial art under the same banner (so to speak). The difference in process between our commercial and non-commercial work is the influence of the customer and the goal of the project. Choices of color, design and material are made in each case, as appropriate. With this in mind, and the overlap between sign, mural, and art, we added "and Other Artworks" to our name in 1999.
