Abuse of Power.
One needs to remember
that for Australia
it’s detrimental to be having either party in complete power; as abuse of
power & people will be the final outcome.
Businesses themselves
will start to suffer the same way as in the 1990’s, with many businesses
collapsing due to the loss of commitment from their staff members. Along
with Strikes. Oil & public transport price rises. Continued
out-sourcing. & NOW a new cheaper imported labour “guest workers”.
Age
Discrimation? Hell yes!
The Mature age
Allowance which did the EXEMPTION was abolished in 2003. Today unemployed
men & women 60-64yrs are now denied a Mature age Allowance that would
EXEMPT them from returning to the work force &/or CentreLink
Volunteering. It’s absolutely ridicules & shameful to be seeing the
60-64 year olds sitting with us in the private sector of CentreLink Job
Networking Agency’s, still looking for employment & to be competing
with the 20-30-40-50 year olds.
I am well aware that
people in their 50-59 age groups have the same problems as the 60-64 age
groups.
The Mature age
Allowance is no different from that of the Newstart (dole) Allowance. I am
NOT advocating lowering of the Retirement age Pension of 65yrs to 60yrs or raise
it up to 70yrs. The Mature age Allowance is for men & women 60-64yrs
who’s already been made unemployed.
The Government unlike
their claim of saving money by keeping people in the work force for as long
as possible is in fact squandering Tax payer’s money by out-sourcing this
age group to CentreLink Job Network Agency’s & Tax payers money being
spent through T.V. commercials promoting changes in the work force to
accommodate the Mature age workers 50-64yrs those who are already in the
work force (As if!).
John Howard &
Peter Costello policy’s of removing the EXEMPTION in the Mature age
Allowance for both men & women is not only unrealistic & out of
touch with people especially women but it borders on cruelty to mature age
people. Failing to meet the requirements will result in a part or full
breach of their CentreLink payments.
Job Network Agencies
make their money through the transfer of recipients from CentreLink &
from their obtaining full or part-time employment; for each recipient this
runs in to the hundreds of dollars. If the Job Network Agencies has a low
turn over in profit the short fall is made up through breaches which are a
proximally $500 for new unemployed 1yr or less, & $800 for long term
unemployed. This leaves the recipients feeling nothing but animosity.
After 1 year of
tolerating Job Network Agencies with their indifferent bully/thug
confrontational attitudes which for the most part creating a negative
stressful work environments. Both CentreLink Newstart & CentreLink
Volunteer’s are not allowed to take the annual 20 days or the 20% pro rata
holiday leave.
Yet the Government
wouldn’t think of putting a freeze on their own pay rises or to shorten the
number of days to their holiday rorts.
The Ethnics who have
little or no English can apply for a Pension. I personally have met &
know of young Ethnics pretend to have little English when in fact it’s
better than a lot of English speaking people. The Disability Pension
(excluding genuine cases) is the most misused Pension that is available to
the public.
Well! Well! Well! They’re
at it again! The Government is set to bring in yet another new policy for
making it easier to breach people on CentreLink Newstart by having them all
keep a diary with the name of the employer & to whom they spoke with
& then to have CentreLink phone employers to check the entries in the
diary’s, which most employers / personnel refuse to give out to CentreLink.
1st they gave the employers the mind blowing extra work load GST
now the Government is going to have CentreLink hassle / harass them even
more with diary records from the unemployed.
I know from employers
& personnel telling me that they either refuse or can’t even remember
all the people applying for employment per week, most of them don’t keep
the records of everyone applying. It’s just another abuse of power for the
unemployed & also the employers by the Government, it’s little wonder
that more & more employers are wanting to have less & less to do
with CentreLink & the Government.
It’s a sad time when
the Government can only bring in people to lead the Community Services who
has the brains the size of a pea. This is not even a cost cutting excise
it’s an absolute abuse of power & going down the same road as in America.
All of this comes at a time when still more companies are going off shore
including Qantas may be.

The squandering of
Tax payer’s money when applying it to persons under the age of 18 years of
age with the baby bonus of $4000 plus baby expenses. In theory this peace
of legislation could possibly be deemed as unconstitutional legislation as
its promoting child promiscuity &/or child prostitution. It absolutely
fails to protect the child from child promiscuity &/or child
prostitution from irresponsible &/or devious adults around them.
The Government should
be applying a similar policy’s as that of the British Government where
payment is only for the first 3 baby’s, & then to persons over the age
of 18.

Again! It’s another
abuse of power for John Howard & Peter Costello are giving little
thought of squandering billion of dollars per week of tax payers money by
having the troops remain in Iraq & Afghanistan through a variety of
trumped up excuses for them to be remaining there. Yet when it comes to
water state-wide, they’re both still mentality living in a fool’s
paradise.
Water Guzzlers & Recycled Water.
It’s interesting that both Labor & Liberal Governments attempts
of trying to save Billions of Litres of Water is extremely hypocritical
when neither party does anything about the water guzzlers like the single
flush toilet water tanks, single basin kitchen & washing machine sinks
& also coin operated washing machines which have NO water level knob
unlike the washing machines we use in our homes. These are used in the Laundromats
& rental properties. The toilets are in? Well everywhere. It’s time
that BOTH Governments & all political parties should NOW be making new
legislation for Businesses in the washing machines. Toilets. Rental
properties & Public convinces forcing them in a 3 year period to change
over to appliances that control the use of water levels. Governments need
to stop passing the buck & start making it illegal to sell these water
guzzlers as new or second hand goods.
Some simple everyday conveniences are taken for granted in these
horrendous water guzzlers, too many times have I been at a public washing
machine & seen people put no more than 5 articles in to the machine
& have to use a full water level. We truly don’t have NO MORE TIME LEFT
to daydream about it, what if? What if? What if? The supplying of 40
Billions of water through the new bore holes, no guarantees. New laws are
needed forcing All Apartments have
their own internal laundries & individual water metres, forcing more
people to take responsibility for the amount of water they use, thereby
lessening the amount of public Laundromat out-lets. Our rivers & seas
are dirty which Government depts can’t or won’t clean-up & now we are
supposed to trust the sewage department & with their track record?
As for the recycling of sewage water, 1st: The Governments
are still lying to the public in the removal of the birth control pill
& other medications, along with chemicals in the food & drinks most
of these are having an adverse effect on our reproductive organs medications
& chemicals most will not be removed from the recycled water as it’s to
expensive. In time this could have a devastating effect on our bodies.
Anyone for free birth control pill? What if? What if? What if?
The 2nd: What could become a major is what if the rain
& snow continue to dry-up for the next 10 or 20 years or so? The
continued out-sourcing of our water to Interstate, farmers & industries
there’s NO way people in Sydney can produce enough Pee water to flush the
toilet, washing machines. Baths & showers let alone for everything
else. What happens to the recycled water? Recycled? Recycled? Recycled. If
there’s a continued drying-up of the rain & snows just how long do
these Wally headed Politian’s think all of this recycled water is going to
last. If Warahagamber dam dries-up, what then? To replace the filters how
much is that going to cost the tax payer or is it going to become a victim
of political cost cutting? Just like the road tunnel filters or the white
elephants train stations. Both Labor & Liberal Politian’s have an
extremely bad track record for cost cutting, & in my opinion there’s no
way we can afford to trust either of them in health issues as in recycled
sewage water. Don’t assume we have the time to wait another 10 years for a
new dam to be built; it’s 5 years or less done by 24/7.
There’s an abundance of sea water which isn’t going to dry-up in the
very near future; But! The rain & snows are drying up & the people
in Sydney
don’t produce enough Pee to solve the social problem long term. Yes! It
will have a small effect on the sea but over time the sea will right it’s
self, the only down side of sea water is that the sea is becoming extremely
contaminated with nuclear & industrial waste from overseas countries.
The economic solution is underground pipe lines from Tasmania which can
have a reversed flow of water in the near future. 1 man had a great vision
to build a dam to preserve water for the future. A minority of men possibly
started by “The Greens party” sabotaged the vision. People are not always
given the “Why” to their visions. Who are the people in Tasmania going to blame when their rain
& snows dry-up, & there’s no water pipe lines? The same is also
going to happen in New
Zealand.
Ya, whoo! Ya, whoo!

Mortgages & Rent.
This does
not leave any bargaining with their bank mortgages or landlords.
These changes will
create excessively large numbers of families to loose their homes; this
will include people who are also renting.
The more the social
change takes place more & more people will stop spending their money
creating a cash shortage for shops, Banks & Financial institutions. The
suicide rate will yet again start to rise along with crime.
The main demise of
the Liberal party will come from families who will be losing their houses,
like I said ALL wage groups. So when it starts to hit people in the $40,000
& up wage groups the back-lash will be severe.
Ultimately the Banks will be forced to
back down & change their policies relating to mortgages.
It should be noted
that certainly in Sydney should a person be on CentreLink Newstart (dole) Allowance or unemployed,
a person is automatically discriminated against by the real estate agents.
As we go more &
more into the years of 2000 & with CEO’s & some business managers
working in delusions of grandeur it’s now more important than ever for ALL
Australian wage & pensioners to quit being such apathetic wallie heads.
Businesses &
Government do not seem to learn from the 1980’s – 1990’s experiences &
the October 1982 Brisbane
experiences from the renters, most of which was politically gagged by the
media at that time.
On 25 February 2007 I
was flying back to Australia sitting next to me was a person who was
involved in the securities industry, of all the things we discussed he told
me he was thinking of returning back to Sydney to live. I informed him that
Sydney was the one city to avoid buying a house in & that he should
look outside of Sydney or even interstate; where ever he decided to live
always check out the water resources there. I had mentioned that I rented
& the trouble I had in November 2005 with the ever rising rent due to
the introduction of the vendor stamp duty in 2004, the real estate agents
got some of the land lords to agree to keep putting up the rent so as to
force the scraping of the 2004 vendor stamp duty through public outcry. He
told me that “they” (the real estate cartel) were going to in stages be
doing the same thing all over again on ALL rental properties, if “they”
have the guts to go through with it, the rents on all properties would be
going up sky high. The “they” have more than one party involved.

Families & other
people will never forget or forgive the actions of John Howard & Peter
Costello & the Liberal party for the losses of their houses / roof over
their heads & their businesses. If Labor is to win the next elections
the person to win needs to have a Prime Minsters Karma, Kim Beazley hasn’t
got one, so He isn’t getting it. Got it? There are 2 others there on the
front bench that do have a Prime Minsters Karma, this means if one of them
where the Leader of the Labor party they would win it.
How ironic that in
1987 Michael Douglas in “Wall Street” stated, “Greed is great”
“Greed is good” “There’s nothing wrong with greed” “Anyone who says greed
is bad, don’t understand greed”.
It’s surreal to realize that 20 years
later on those phrases now have a duel meaning World Wide. May well God
help thoughs who believe & practice it, because no one will help them when
they reap the fury from their victims?
Having
sold-out the backbone of Australia;
the workers.
If the politicians
think the December 25 1995 Bondi Beach & Canberra along with December
11 2005 Cronulla riots as totally UnAustralian, then their being totally
UnRealistic & mentally living in a fool’s paradise. The Bondi Beach experience could become
forewarnings to community anger & hostility’s boiling over. Or maybe
John Howard & Peter Costello would like to tell them all to go home;
open a tinnie & eat their chicken pies.

& Peter Costello final last Hooroo! They’ve sold part of Australia too; to China! Yet again. “Thank God
