I started this site, for a few reasons.
1. I wanted a place where everything that was quality Fan Fiction was archieved.
2. I knew that my printer was going to have a meltdown from either all of the smut that I was printing out, or just from all the printing I was doing period. And the cost for printer ink is sometimes expensive.
3. A lot of people want to read fics, but they don't know where to read them, or have to go to one site to read a certain part, and another to read the rest. And they really wanted a place to read all the fics that are out here.
4. I wanted a site to have work that wasn't just by certain people, and that would accept any and everything concerning Roswell Fan Fiction. I don't want to play favorites, and only accept from my friends or from people I like. I want this site to cater to all of the Roswell fans.

So this is why I started the Top Fan Fiction group. In May I posted on my board about a new group for people to go nominate and vote on the fics that they think are the best.

There is nothing that isn't accepted, rating, style, UC couples, Slash, and everything else were and are welcomed to this group for nominating and voting. As I said I want to cater to all Roswell fans.

Now you might wonder, if you hadn't already heard, what the purpose of voting was, what it's all about. Well this ever growing list of Roswell Fiction is voted on by the readers and writers that join, and tabs are kept on what stories people vote on. Everytime someone votes on a story it pushes that story up in the ranks to be the #? fic. That way people who are new or old to the Roswell Fan Fiction can go through and read what you vote on as the best. If you imagine the Billboard chart list, or the ratings on tv shows then you get the idea. Stories can be voted on at anytime, and move from one week to the next just like the other charts.

So now that you know what this is all about, I invite you to pull up a chair, or lie on your bed with your laptop, get some food and drink, and spend some time with the writers who have been nominated. And I can guarantee that if you like Roswell, and you like Fan Fiction, then you will go away happy. Whether your reading an old friend, or a new one.
