Rotary Club of Tuguegarao: Lantern Making Seminar (For Inmates of Cagayan Provincial Jail)
	Members of the Rotary Club of Tuguegarao visit inmates of the provincial jail and sponsored a lantern making project in coordination with TESDA  as alternative source of income for inmates.
